泉大津市穴田会館ウレタン防水
パーフェクトプルーフを使用し、ウレタン防水通気緩衝工法で施工させていただきました。直接塗る密着工法とは違い、通気シートの層を、塗膜の下に作る事により膨れなどが起こりません！大きな面積に適した工法です。

モルタル浮き調査。
穴をあけ、エポキシ樹脂を注入します。
ステンレスピンを打ち込み、穴をふさぎます。
屋上、バルコニーを防水施工前に洗浄。
クラック（ひび割れ）部分を補修します。
補修完了後、セメント系材料で下地を整えます。
下塗り剤プライイマー塗り。
通気緩衝シート貼り。ここが密着工法とは違います。密着工法の場合このシートは貼りません。
接合部にジョイントテープを貼ります。
ウレタン防水剤塗り、1回目。
ウレタン防水剤塗り、1回目。
ウレタン防水剤塗り、2回目。ウレタン防水は普通の壁塗装などとは違い、厚みをつけて塗っていきます。
ウレタン防水剤塗り、2回目。
2回塗りを終え、トップコートを塗って仕上げとなります。
